We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on RecruiterHub can be refunded within 30 days.
Please note, however, that refunds are only available for courses purchased on the RecruiterHub website (at www.recruiter-hub.com) For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, please let us know through the Contact Support form, or by requesting a refund from the PerformanceHub dashboard. Request a Refund from the PerformanceHub Dashboard
Send a ticket through the Contact Support form with the course name and reason for refund request in the comments field. The Contact Support form can be found in the footer near the bottom of the page on your PerformanceHub dashboard.
All refunds will be credited back via the credit/debit card you used.
Reasons for Denied Refunds
While our 30 day refund policy is in place to protect learners, we must also protect ourselves from fraud. After 30 days, we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
If all course content was downloaded or completed before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.
Finally, learners who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
